Love both the product and the company! The first one arrived slightly damaged. The customer service team responded brilliantly and sent me another. The cup itself is fantastic. Really great to drink from. Tea tastes great. Easy to clean. Absolutely would recommend everything about the experience.
I bought the tall charcoal cup and have had continuous problems with the lid - alternating between not going on properly (causing leaks) and not coming off (clear plastic section gets stuck). Then it was knocked off a low table in a coffee shop and the lid completely broke. Wondering whether the lid had a defect?? £12.00 to replace the charcoal section of the lid seems outrageous, so I have a Topl cup without lid going spare! Topl customer services were great - they have sent me a replacement lid. Very happy with the outcome as I loved the cup and I can now continue using it. Thank you Topl!

Fantastic for taking my coffee on the road with me for work - the no spill is so far 100% effective! Love the design, it looks really stylish and feels of high quality. The addition of personalisation just makes it that much better. I would definitely recommend!

First came across these in a Welcome Break service station. Loved the concept, and decided to get the new and improved version. Unfortunately, I’ve only had mine 2 days and already the finish is starting to come off. It hasn’t even left the house yet. Disappointing to see a product at this price point with a defect like this. Shame really, because the concept is great.

Lid keeps separating top from bottom and plastic side cracked after 3 uses

The lid is designed to be durable for everyday use, although, like most plastics, it can be vulnerable to knocks on hard surfaces. That said, it certainly shouldn’t be separating or cracking after just a few uses. We’d love to put this right for you. Replacement lid working better than original bought together with cup. The first lid did not work correctly with opening and closing which was very frustrating. I had to put cup away and did not used for long time. Gave another chance and ordered new lid and this one so far working better. I should send it back my first purchase due to faulty. Cup is pretty and keep my drink warm enough though

Love the cup, keeps my drink long enough warm that I can travel with my drink and still enjoy it hot. Assembling after washing the cup had a small learning curve. Love the design, and it drinks very nicely.

The product works well, but the pink color is not as nice as it looked on the pictures online. Especially the lid, and the pink rubber that seals it, reminded us of a prosthetic device or an intimate toy.

The almond color is nicer and lighter than I thought from the pictures on the website.

Update: We have three cups. One for my business, one customised for my wife and one large new to-go and honestly, there's no need to look anywhere else for a coffee cup again. It's just perfect. The lids have changed over the years but that's just a sign that they're improving and listening. For that I'll always keep supporting and promoting.

We've taken on a lot of customer feedback for designing new products, with the aim to cater for more customers' needs like yours. The To Go range took us a year to design as a small team. As you have already pointed out, it's fantastic for those who wish to deep clean. The compromise we had to make was to use a different thread. It meant that the new lid wouldn't fit on the Stroll cup. All of our cups are made of stainless steel. You are more than welcome to recycle the cup at your local metal recycling facility to reduce your CO2 footprint. Our team will reach out via email to give a personal thank you.

I have to admit I’m a bit disappointed. I last ordered one of the older spill-safe cups back in December, so I hadn’t realised they’d since been replaced. I had assumed the new design offered the same spill-safe functionality, so it feels a bit misleading - especially since that was such a key feature I relied on.

Please let us know if you spotted 'SpillSafe' written as a functionality on the Stroll collection anywhere as an error. We are happy to refund you for the product in that case.
