Bespoke Design & Co-branding
Can we order a mix of colours and sizes?
Yes, you can mix colour and sizes in one order. However, each SKU needs to reach a minimum of 50 pcs (one master carton). If you have trouble adding the order to cart due to stock shortages, our Partnerships team will be able to assist you via email - partnerships@toplcup.com.
Can we customise the colour of the cup?
Yes, we offer full custom Pantone coloured bottles to match your branding. The MOQ is 3000 units. You can have colour matched lid for orders over 5000 units.
Check our co-brand page to see other co-brand options and their MOQs. We offer coloured printing on our existing range with a much lower MOQ.
Can we see a digital mock up?
For engraving - we have an easy to use mockup tool you can access on our wholesale portal. If you require access to our portal, simply submit a wholesale enquiry below or email us at partnerships@toplcup.com.
If you require a mock up for a bespoke design or coloured printing, we provide Bespoke Mock Up service which can be reimbursed towards your wholesale order.
Can we order a sample?
Generic topl cups can be purchased as samples. We do not currently offer co-branded sample cups. However, you can see a mockup of your logo on the cup on the Wholesale Portal.
Which printing method should I go for?
Check out our co-brand page for examples of each branding technique.
Engraving is great if you'd like to place a smaller order, and your logo comes in a monochromatic format. It has a premium silver metal finish and it's durable.
Coloured printing is perfect if you'd like your logo to be printed in colour in order to maximise the branding effect on our existing colour range cups. Please note that the paint may wear off over time.
Bespoke design would be your go-to if you are looking at a large order and would like to fully brand the cups and maybe even the lid & packaging.

One box is 50 cups, can we order 70?
To minimise carbon footprint and increasing shipping efficiency, we strongly encourage our customers to order in boxes of 50s. This way you save on shipping cost, too (for UK orders).
Lead Time & Payment
What is the lead time?
For orders under 500, we'll need 1 week for production. Shipping time varies depending on location. Larger or bespoke orders can take up to 16 weeks for production and shipping.
What shipping services do you provide?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the UK or directly from our factory depending on the order size and co-brand requirements.
Orders fulfilled from our warehouse in the UK, we use FedEx next day delivery for domestic orders and DPD Express for other parts of Europe which usually takes 2-5 business days. Orders from our factory can be shipped via sea or air freight depending on your business needs. Shipping time is highly dependent on the location and mode of transport you choose.
International customers are responsible to do their own importation. Please inform us ahead of time for any documentation requests.
What are your payment terms?
We require full payment for all orders fulfilled from our UK warehouse. Bespoke orders require 50% deposit to kick off production and the rest 4 weeks later.
What payment options are available?
You can pay by card for orders placed via the wholesale portal. Other invoiced large orders are required to pay by bank transfer only.
Sustainability & Product Info
What are your sustainability initiatives?
We are proud to offset 100% of both our business activity and manufacturing emissions. This means that every product, every process, and every decision is made with the climate in mind.
Read about our misson to eradicate single-use and how we are tackling plastic waste by removing ocean plastic on our Impact page.
How do you achieve carbon neutrality?
Our involvement in impactful carbon offset projects ensures that for every bit of carbon we emit, an equivalent amount is being neutralised.
These projects not only mitigate the carbon footprint but also contribute positively to the communities and ecosystems involved. Read more on our Impact page.
What material are the cups made of?
We're built on lean engineering. Designed in the UK, our products are created to last using only the highest quality materials. We embrace the concept of lean engineering meaning that where possible our products comprise free-floating parts, so that all of these individual elements can be recycled at end of life (in compliance with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 guidelines).
Our lids are made from 50% recycled plastic and our cups are made from 90% recycled recycled stainless steel that’s responsibly sourced and meets ethical standards.
After extensive research, we chose stainless steel for its high end of life recyclability without degradation, but also for its durability and heat retention properties making it ideal to be used again and again, for years to come.
Stainless steel also has a lower carbon footprint than glass and ceramics.
