I discovered TOPL while visiting this year’s London Coffee festival, and I was amazed by the technology incorporated within the cup but also the design, the quality of the external material and the colours, so I ended up ordering a personalised one and so far I am enjoying all its capabilities.
I am also very satisfied with the quality of the customer service at TOPL, who have been very reactive (less than 4 hours response time) when I highlighted that my cup was scratched during the personalisation process (which is an optional feature), and they have offered either refund or replacement option as well as general advice on the optimal use of the product.

My white shirts and desk thank me for getting a TOPL cup. As a fellow avid on-the-go coffee drinker (and clumsy one for that matter) the spill safe technology is the best. The cup also keeps my drinks hot for a really long time, I'm a slow drinker so I can truly appreciate that feature (no one likes cold coffee...gross)

I don't drink coffee!
I love my TOPLCUP... tea stays hot for at least an hour... easy to take in the car without the risk of a spill.
Also perfect to keep drinks chilled - G&T in the garden... no more bugs in your drinks AND the ice stayed solid long enough for a top up!!
Having ruined one keyboard at work with a water spill I no longer worry about that.
A very versatile refillable cup - looking forward to seeing what other innovative designs come from this company.

This product oozes quality, even from the packaging that it arrived in, along with the bag included to store it it.
The engineered lid is incredibly clever, the way it closes if it spills is a great additional feature.
It keeps your drink hot for longer than any travel cup I have used. Very satisfied with this cup.
