I received the wrong or faulty items
We will, upon your request, replace any incorrect or faulty product received, provided your request is accompanied by photographic documentation.
No material will be accepted, or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

I haven't received my Welcome Email for free shipping
If you haven't received your email, we firstly recommend checking your junk folder as they sometimes get lost in there!
They sometimes have a slight delay to arrive in your inbox, too. If you still cannot locate your Welcome email after 5 minutes since you signed up, please submit a request at the bottom of this page. We will get in touch with you ASAP.
Duties & Taxes
All taxes & duties are included for EU and UK shipments. Topl is not liable for taxes and duties in other regions.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Next working day dispatch for all orders.
Tracked Shipping: Royal Mail. Signature on arrival required for some countries. 2-3 working days for UK orders.
Standard International Shipping: 3-15 working days via Royal Mail.
Express DHL International Shipping: 3-5 working dats

Can I get my product personalised?
Yes, we can engrave cups with names in a variety of fonts and styles. Check out the options on our product pages. Please note, personalised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Usage & troubleshooting
How do I clean my topl?
All of our products are dishwasher safe. However, hand wash is advisable for the cup to protect the finish.
What can I use my topl for?
You can use it for coffee, water or tea. It is not suitable for fizzy drinks, sticky or thick liquids.
Please note, do not lock with liquids above 70°C. Simply leave the lid on, but in the open position for drink to cool down before locking.
Do not use with liquids hot enough to scald.
Can I put my topl in the microwave or the freezer or boil it?
It is not safe to put your cup in the microwave or the freezer or boil your cup.
Can I put the cup in my bag?
Our cups are designed to be locked and sealed with liquids under 70°c (barista standard serving temp).
As this is not a flask, it is not advisable to fill the cup with liquids above 70°c and put it in your bag. If you prefer hot drinks, after filling, screw the lid on but leave the lid in the open position for a few moments to allow pressure to settle before locking.
Returns & cancellations
I bought my topl in a store. Am I eligible to return it under warranty?
If you purchased your topl product from a third-party retailer we ask that you contact them about any problems in the first instance. However, if you purchased your TOPL product from Amazon, please get in touch with us directly and we will be able to assist.

How do I return/exchange my topl?
If your topl is unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging, we can organise a return and refund for you within 14 days of receipt.
Personalised products will not be accepted for returns unless they are faulty. We do not offer exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Simply find the Order Confirmation email and reply stating that you wish to return the order. Then ship the order back to:

Can I edit/cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed and paid for, we won't be able to make changes to it. However, you can return the products if they are in a resalable condition for a full refund on the products. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable due to change of mind.

How long will it keep my drink hot/cold for?
As this is a cup, not a flask the cups will keep your drink hot for up to 1 hour and cold for over 6 hours.

What are your products made from?
Lid:Certified non-toxic BPA-free polypropylene and Tritan

What is the warranty on your products?
Topl warrants that the Product purchased shall be and remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not extend to any fair wear and tear.

Is topl BPA free?
Yes, topl is completely BPA free and certified non-toxic.
Are the cups insulated?
The cup is not a flask, however it is twin-walled and vacuum insulated to keep drinks hot for 1 hour and cold for over 6 hours.
Are the cups dishwasher safe?
All of our products are dishwasher safe. However, hand wash is advisable for the cup to protect the finish.
Is topl cup leak-proof?
Our cups are leakproof during normal use. Please avoid storing it on its side for long periods; shaking/agitating it—especially when filled with hot liquids—as this can cause pressure build-up and potential leaks; and overfilling it.
Do topl fit in cup holders?
Yes, all our cups are designed to fit in most cup holders, such as in cars, prams, bike bottle cages and takeaway trays. You can enjoy your favourite drinks on the go without any hassle.
What is the difference between Stroll & SpillSafe® and To Go?
The primary distinction between the three collections lies in the design of their lids. All of our lids feature the patented 360° design that allows you to sip from any angle.
SpillSafe® comes with a patented anti-spillage technology, making it an ideal choice for use around laptops at home or in the office. If you knock the cup over, the lid will snap shut to minimise spillage.
Stroll is well-suited for your daily strolls or commutes, providing a convenient way to sip on the go. You can see through the lid.
The newest To Go Collection is similar to Stroll with a slightly different shape, and the lid can be disassembled for deep cleaning.
