How it works and what’s covered

topl products are designed to last – but if something goes wrong, our warranty protects you against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I get a replacement?

Yes – but we don’t believe in waste. If only one part of your product is faulty, we’ll always aim to replace just the part, not the whole product. This helps us keep waste to a minimum and protect the planet.

We’ll do our best to replace your product with the same size and colour. If that’s no longer available, we’ll offer the closest available match.

What’s not covered by warranty

Our warranty doesn’t cover general wear and tear (such as scratches, scuffs, dents, or discolouration), accidental damage (like drops, knocks, or melted parts), improper use or care (for example, using the product in a dishwasher, microwave, or freezer, or soaking parts), disassembly or third-party alterations (such as engraving or adding logos), cosmetic flaws that don’t affect function, or lost or stolen items.

What do I need to make a warranty claim

You’ll need proof of purchase to confirm the date and location of sale. Without this, we’re unable to validate your warranty.

How to make a claim

If you believe your item has a fault, don’t return it – just contact us at hello@toplcup.com. Let us know what’s wrong and include photos showing the issue.

We’ll review your claim and respond as soon as we can.

For faults reported within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund. After 30 days, we offer replacements only.

Please note: the warranty period does not restart if you receive a replacement.

What if my order arrives damaged

If your product arrives damaged in the post, please contact us right away with photos of both the item and the packaging. Do not use the product, as this will void the warranty. We’ll happily send you a replacement.

Gifts and warranty

We can only deal directly with the original purchaser. If your product was a gift, please ask the person who bought it to contact us.

Products purchased from third-party retailers

If you bought your topl product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange. Retailers typically offer refunds or replacements for manufacturing defects if you have a valid receipt.

If you bought from Amazon UK, you can reach out to us directly. We’re happy to assist with valid Amazon order confirmations.

Co-branded and corporate products

If your topl product was customised with a logo and has a manufacturing fault, you’ll need to go through the original purchaser or the company that gifted it. Due to GDPR, we can only discuss corporate orders with the original buyer. Co-branded products are not automatically covered by our standard warranty. These claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to decline warranty claims that show signs of misuse, false information, or fraudulent intent.
