I haven't received my Welcome or Confirmation email

If you haven't received your email, we firstly recommend checking your junk folder as they sometimes get lost in there! 

They sometimes have a slight delay to arrive in your inbox, too. If you still cannot locate your Welcome email after 15 minutes since you signed up, please submit a request at the bottom of this page. We will get in touch with you ASAP.

Duties & Taxes

TOPL is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may be requested to pay upon delivery to your country (other than the UK).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Same day dispatch for all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday.

Tracked Shipping: Royal Mail. Signature on arrival required for some countries. 2-3 working days for UK orders. 

DPD Express Shipping: faster delivery, tracking and signature on arrival. 1-2 working days for UK orders; 3-10 working days for EU orders and 5-15 working days for ROW. 

Care & Troubleshooting

How do I clean my TOPL?

To clean the lid pour hot water through the lid mechanism, watching it run through. For a deeper clean, simply open the lid and place it in the dishwasher (top rack). 

To clean the cup use a brush for the interior and a soft cloth for the exterior with some mild detergent. 

Always ensure the lid is clean and dry before attaching. 

How often should I clean my TOPL

TOPL is only watertight if the seals and mechanism are kept clean. We suggest that you clean your cup after every use.

Any do's & don'ts?

Do exercise extreme caution with hot liquids.

Do not knock TOPL over repeatedly.

Do keep TOPL upright with hot liquids.

Do bear in mind that Spill-Safe Technology is designed to reduce spills, not prevent them.

Do not lock the lid with liquids over 65°C as this creates pressure within the vessel, causing liquid and steam to seep out (NB Barista standard serving temperate is around 65°C).

Do not fill cup beyond the MAX line.

Do not put TOPL in the dishwasher, microwave or freezer.

Do not use alkaline based detergents to clean TOPL.

How can I make sure my TOPL lasts as long as possible?

Just try to clean your TOPL after every use. That’s all you should need to do. 

Why is my TOPL leaking?

TOPLCUP should not be leaking! Let’s get this sorted out for you.

We'd first suggest double checking that the cup hasn't been filled above the max fill line, as this is the most common cause of leakage.

Another suggestion is to allow liquid to cool for a few minutes when it is first poured into the vessel before attaching the lid. This will allow steam to escape and for pressure to equalise. In some instances, the pressure of steam can cause liquid to seep out.

My lid is jammed, help!

Hot liquid over 65°C can cause steam pressure to build-up inside a sealed cup. If the TOPL disc seems hard to push down due to pressure build up, try removing the lid and allowing your beverage to cool before attaching the lid again.  

Do not force the TOPL disc down, hot liquid could spurt out and burn you.

If it still doesn't work, try to give it a deep clean in the dishwasher on the top rack. Once cleaned, screw it back onto the cup as tight as you can as this is crucial to engage the lid mechanism. Press the lid down while turning it open. If the issue persists, please submit a request at the bottom of this page. We will get in touch with you ASAP.

Why is the SpillSafe feature not working?

SpillSafe Technology will not function correctly if TOPLCUP is repeatedly knocked over when there is liquid trapped inside the lid mechanism.  Remove the lid and dry it thoroughly.

Please be aware that if the lid is subjected to sudden forces, such as rapid drinking motions, it can close automatically. Exercise particular caution when drinking hot liquids, as steam increases the sensitivity of the lid and can cause the TOPL disc to jump shut more easily. If this does happen, dry the lid and push the TOPL disc down again. Leave the lid in this position to allow steam to escape and pressure to equalize within the vessel. 

TOPLCUP is not a toy. SpillSafe Technology is designed for accidents only. TOPL does not guarantee complete protection against spills, our SpillSafe Technology is designed to reduce spills.

Returns & Cancellations

I bought my TOPLCUP in a store. Am I eligible to return it under warranty?

If you purchased your TOPL product from a third-party retailer we ask that you contact them about any problems in the first instance. However, if you purchased your TOPL product from Amazon, please get in touch with us directly and we will be able to assits.

How do I return/exchange my TOPLCUP?

If your TOPLCUP is unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging, we can organise a return for you.

We do not offer exchanges, so it you do wish to have an exchange contact us for a return and simply place another order. 

We’ll do this for any of our products, you’ll just need to return the product, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving it. We don’t refund shipping costs.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Orders cannot be edited once placed but if you do have an issue such as wrong delivery address or wrong product ordered, we will try the best to assist you with your changes before the order is dispatched (normally ok if it's within 1 hour of purchase). Can I get my product personalized?

How long will it keep my drink hot/cold for?

Our stainless-steel cups are twin-walled and vacuum insulated. TOPL keeps drinks hot for up to 2 hours and cold for 6 hours

Can I freeze or microwave my TOPL?

No – TOPL is not suitable for microwaving or at home freezing.

What is the warranty on TOPL products?

TOPL warrants that the Product purchased shall be and remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not extend to any fair wear and tear.

Is TOPL BPA free?

Yes, TOPL is completely BPA free.

Is TOPLCUP insulated?

Our stainless-steel cups are twin-walled and vacuum insulated. TOPLCUP keep drinks hot for roughly 3 hours and cold for 6 hours.

Is TOPLCUP dishwasher safe?

You can give the lid a deep clean in the dishwasher on the top rack. The cup is not suitable for dishwashers as that may damage the paint.

Is TOPLCUP leak-proof?

The twist and lock mechanism on the lid creates a very tight seal to prevent leaks in most cases. However, we cannot guarantee they are fully leakproof when used for extremely hot or fizzy drinks.
