We design, engineer and manufacture products with a rigorous focus on running a responsible business and developing a cohesive, sustainable supply chain. We consistently evaluate our practices to ensure we are on track to reach our sustainable development goals. 

Materials

We chose stainless steel for the body of our cups for its longevity and high end-of-life recyclability without degradation.

Around 90% of end-of-life stainless steel is collected and recycled into new stainless steel – without loss of quality. 

 Steel has a low carbon footprint compared to glass or ceramics and it is incredibly durable, meaning it can be used every day and last for decades.

Our lid is comprised of free, floating parts which, can be disassembled at end of life. The plastic lid parts can be recycled in the same way as you would recycle other plastics, through your household recycling system.

All of our products comes in minimal packaging and we use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. Our reusable water-resistant pouches are made from reclaimed ocean plastic. We have used high quality recycled polyester yarn, formed from post-consumer plastic bottles and other plastic matter that has been captured from the sea. This is part of TOPL's pledge to preserve the earth's natural resources and to actively reduce the amount of plastic that has accumulated in our oceans. 

Environmental Initiatives

Our mission is to replace all virgin plastic components with reclaimed ocean plastic by 2025.

We also offer to support a variety of environmental initiatives to help our corporate clients meet their CSR obligations. From planting trees to offset the carbon generated in making our cups to sponsoring a sea bin to remove plastic from the ocean.
